I've heard lots of good versions and some bad versions of little star, but that's what posting obscure songs like this group so special because you hear it for the first time and to me that's great in its self . cheers tony

I think The Elegants version is the best.

I quite like it.
It does conjure up a picture. The lead singer is late for the show, and the band and chorus carries on the tune waiting for him to get changed ,and then run onto the stage to sing the song.
