Why Michel Martelly hates President Aristide so much?

Ever since the OAS table report became the deciding factor in Haiti's presidential election, Many people believe Jude Celestin was robbed of a presidency and now these people are saying that this is statistically impossible for Michel Martelly to win the election.

We have the following table that was published in the OAS report. However, if we assume that Mirlande Manigat was really at 31.6%, Michel Martelly at 22.2%, Jude Celestin at 21.9% then we find that this is statistically impossible for Michel Martelly to win the election.

Jude Celestin and his supporters are the deciding factor. Manigat has a very good chance of winning the presidency If Jude Celestin endorses her candidacy. Martelly is short of winning the presidency even if Jude Celestin endorses his candidacy.
