I agree with you man, the government wants their people to be ignorant and they want the vast majority of them to be generally uneducated. The more people that sit down at night and watch X factor means less people will be watching the news and seeing the shit that really happens in the world.
The average person from the UK couldn't give a damn about what the government does until its election time again, too busy watching some mindless shit on TV thinking "nah they wouldn't lie to us"
