ABOUT THE VIDEO

The English lyrics are loosely based off of the translation, it's around 65% accurate. I really wanted to keep everything the same as the original meaning because if you've read it, it is really meaningful, but with the lack of syllables I have to work with in the song and lines, I have to condense it while keeping with the overall understanding of the song. So I'm really sorry if I didn't do justice for this song ~

This is also the first song that I really want to mention the original songwriter: 劉思銘. Even though I'm not sure if the songwriter is a male or female, but the name he/she used makes the song that much more wonderful. The meaning of the name is along the line of: "to remember and never forget or to imprint in your mind" - If this is not a pen name, then the songwriter's parents probably wanted their son/daughter to always remember a certain benefactor.

As for the video, I couldn't find a decent, good quality for this song and was planning on creating my own mv with the theme of friendship, but I didn't have the patience to go through various dramas/movies. Therefore, I finally found the dvd of the mv and the rest is what you see here.

@MegaBleachy : Yes, the English lyrics doesn't match the translation 100% since it's hard to use English words to form a sentence in a song with not much words. Overall, it's just for singing purposes. =)

@FaireXIII : Yes, a lot of different Asian languages stems from the Chinese language. There are certain words that you'll notice have similar sounding and the same meaning.

In Vietnamese, Peng You is called: Bằng hữu (In viet, these kind of words that stems from Chinese language are called "Han Viet" meaning Chinese Vietnamese) There's a lot of words, such as the word library heard in Chinese, Japanese, and Vietnamese are very similar ~ xD
