the 2007 car was inspected back in july McLaren had a company look into its data and gave the resaults to the FIA

I'm just going on what I read and understood from the transcripts. The McLaren lawyer kept on saying that the FIA had been invited to inspect the cars but hadn't taken them up on the offer.
