I've had it for years since 2000/2001 it kicks in and feels like someone stabbed me in the left side, pain from my left leg up to my shoulder, then to my right shoulder and across chest, then blood, ease told it would kill me if not taken care of but can't afford the $10,000 operation so take pain pills and hope the bleeding stops, or one day it doesn't

pain is normally on the left side and could progress to right side.

I'm 26 and this past weekend I was diagnosed with diverticulosis and because it got infected it became diverticulitis. Was very painful across my ride side and would shoot down into my stomachas it progressed. I reccommend everyone looking it up and if youhave symtoms definitely go get it checked out. as treatable as it is I can'tbelieve I let this go on aslong as I did no one should live like that. looking forward to changing up my diet & becoming healthier so i'mless likely to 4 another attack

I was diagnosed with diverticulitis a few years ago when I got a colonoscopy. It got infected one time. It hurt across my abdomen. Some anti biotics cleared it up fast. I got lucky. My Dr. told me that seeds wont make mine worse.

sick :P.!! im only 13 and i have such severe pain on my right side it's not even funny it's not apendicitis tho.
