Coast Starlights at Paso Robles CA: (1a, b) Sb #11 with a Cascades F59PHI arrives at 4:56 PM and leaves at 4:58; (2a, b) nb. #14 comes out of Templeton siding at 5:12 PM; (2c, d) #14 with a Surfliner F59PHI arrives in Paso Robles at 5:22 PM and leaves at 5:24.

ive noticed that amtrak rarely get the right ocos on the right trains... there always seems to be the wrong locos on the cascades trains and now a cascades loco on the coast starlight?

The Cascades locos are periodically sent to Los Angeles for servicing.
