Mitchie ran out of the truck with her stuff and stood there and looked around. She couldn't believe she was actually here! AGAIN!!!
Unidentified peron: Guess who?!
Mitchie felt the hands over her eyes and listened to the voice.
Mitchie: Caitlyn!!
Caitlyn: Yup! It's me!
They hug.
Caitlyn: I am so glad you're here again! In the last email you sent me, I was getting worried.
Mitchie: Yeah. Well that is the past! And the present is better! So let's focus on now!!
Caitlyn: Incoming.
Mitchie: *turns to see Tess Tyler coming their way* Uh-oh.
Caitlyn: Well said.
They nod and try to walk away.
Tess: Mitchie! I hoped I could get to see you again this summer! I was busy during the year. As you know.
Mitchie: *smiles and nods*
Tess: Hello Caitlyn.
Caitlyn: Umm....hi?
Tess: *turns back to Mitchie* So. Who are you rooming with?
Mitchie: *despretley looks at Caitlyn*
Caitlyn: *Notices the look a nd saves her* Me and Lola.
Tess: Oh. Well...okay...(looks sad)
Mitchie silently thanks Caitlyn and they walk away, leaving Tess in the dust. Meanwhile, Tess holds in tears and runs to the lake. Andy, (the drummer dude who couldn't dance last summer) noticed and followed her. Tess was nowhere to be found. He stands there for a moment. Then he starts to walk away.
Unidentified person: Please stay.
Andy: Who's there?
Person: It's me, Tess.
Andy: Where?
Tess: Look to your left.
Andy: *looks to the right*
Tess: *sighs* Your other left.
Andy: Oh. *sees her crying* What's wrong?
Tess: A lot.
Andy: How can something be wrong with you? Aren't you perfect or something?
Tess: Yeah. I am so perfect that I have no friends, I don't have a cabin to stay in, no one here wants to even talk to me, Brown hates me, my mother is eternally mad at me, and the only person that cares about me or what I do is that tree. *points to a random tree*
Andy: *laughs*
Te ss: What is so funny?
Andy: You have a sense of humor.
Tess: Really? I thought I wasn't funny.
Andy: Why would you think that?
Tess: No one ever laughed at my jokes.
Andy: Maybe because you tried to make your jokes too perfect. That's whats wrong.
Tess: What do you mean?
Andy: You want everything to be perfect. Well, guess what.
Tess: What?
Andy: Nothing is perfect.
Tess: Yeah right.
Andy: You never learned that, did you.
Tess: *hesitates then sighs* No.
Andy: Well, that is lesson number 1. Nothing is perfect.
Tess: Okay. Nothing is perfect. What's number 2?
Andy: Apologize.
Tess: Apologize? I already did that.
Andy: Not to everyone.
Tess: Who didn't I apologize to? I said sorry to Peggy, Ella, Mitchie, Shane, Nate, Jason, Brown, Mrs. Torres, Barron, Sander, Lola, and I even said sorry to Caitlyn.
Andy: ...
Tess: *realizes something* Ohmygosh...Andy, I am sooo sorry.
Andy: For...?
Tess: Sorry for saying what I did in dance class last summer, and also for not realizing in the first place that I should've said sorry.
Andy: You're forgiven.
Tess: *smiles* Thank you.
Andy: For what?
Tess: For just talking to me.
Andy: It was a long overdue talk.
Tess: Yeah.
Andy: *looks at his watch and stands up* We better get back. *holds out his hand to Tess, who was still sitting*
Tess: *takes it and when he lets go, she grabs hold again*
Andy: ?
Tess: I like holding your hand.
Andy: *laughs* Come on, Tess.
Tess and Andy laugh and talk and hold hands all the way back to camp. Tess stops.
Andy: What?
Tess: I still don't have a cabin.
Andy: Use lesson number 2 and go get your cabin.
Tess: Okay. *kisses him on the cheek* Thanks again.
Andy: *smiles* Don't mention it.
Tess: *smiles and walks over to Peggy and Ella*
Barron: Dude. Did she just kiss you?
Sander: On the cheek?
Andy: Yeah.

AWWW!!! How cute!! I loved making this episode. The next one will be about what was happening while Tess and Andy were off. Basically, from another point of view.
