This is a very simple mini top hat I made for my photos the other day. It's not really complicated but does require care because the glue I used gets pretty messy.

I only showed how to make the basic structure, and you're welcome to decorate the hat with whatever you want~

I made the tutorial really short and concise because I personally hate irrelevant ramblings.

Excellent tutorial!! I hate the odor of E6000! I will try this with fabric glue which should work as well as the toxic stuff.
