The android one has roughly 5x the information gathering capabilities of the Iphone version (depending of course on which android phone you get). If you're going to get a device for this, get a droid.

I think my biggest complaint is that they used the sound of it OPENING. That small ratchet sound is what the hinge sounds like when it's opened up on the show. Why they kept putting that in over and over I have no idea... Otherwise very cool. Probably one of the main reasons I'm about to buy an Ipod Touch. lol

They need to streamline web access for lcars interfaces. Make it read pure html and display only the text and pictures. Maybe have a program access menu to access the source code barring the hashes. Then picking and choosing which hyperlinks to access on the executable screen. For example, accessing a jpeg will expand the picture full screen.
