no, sorry. i'm a history student, but i've never heard of any obvious big connection. that doesn't mean anything though. ALL europeans are related somehow.

it's albanian. we don't have separate cultural traditions based on religion. religion is personal; it is not part of our identity. also, this music is believed to pre-date christianity.

I love how their powerful voices pound at the speakers. It's not a poor quality of the speakers that you're hearing, its the enormous voices of these singers breaking through the normal range of hearing.

Is this muslim or chirstian? it sounds like christian bizantin singin`. Is there any known connection between Romania and Albania? I know we have similarities in costumes and in singing instruments. (like: Kaval..sheepman flute) it`s very misterious. i feel like we are cousins. Anyway, one of the most beatuful singing ways, my skin is like chicken. many years off suffering i can feel in your music.
