Kill Baby, Kill (Operazione Paura, 1966) - You Can Run from Yourself, But You Can't Hide

Dr. Paul Eswai (Giacomo Rossi-Stuart) is summoned to a remote village to perform an autopsy on a woman who died under mysterious circumstances. The villagers seem to be cursed, and have been dying one by one. The Villa Graps, inhabited by the demented Baroness Graps (Giovanna Galletti), seems to be at the center of the mystery. Accompanied by a local nurse, Monica (Erika Blanc), Dr. Eswai investigates the spooky villa.
