Actually, in 1966 referee didn't do anything wrong. It were the english that, afraid of us (we won all the games in the group, including Brazil and the quarter-finals) changed the venue of the game one day before the semi-final. Our players came very tired into that game and we lost 2-1. Talk about external pressure.
@Joricky12 He was an average coach. Managed to pull off some good results in 2003-2006, when we still had Figo, Rui Costa and others, but he was crappy in 2006-2008. Still, with the right coach we would have won the Euro 2004. A right coach wouldn't have lost twice to the same team, including the final! A good coach would have found a strategy against Greece there. He was a good "motivator", but his tactics were very basic.
