Google's Android "Demolishes" Apple's iOS4 (GOOG,AAPL)

According to technology blog Ars Technica, Google's (NASDAQ:GOOG) Android mobile operating system significantly outperforms Apple's (NASDAQ:AAPL) latest iteration of their mobile platform, called iOS4 in terms of JavaScript performance.

Ars writes, "Android 2.2 demolishes iOS4 in JavaScript benchmarks...The results show that the Android device delivers significantly faster JavaScript execution than the iPhone, scoring over three times better on V8 and almost twice as fast on SunSpider."

Shares of both Apple and Google are trading higher in early trade.

@thebikerboi2 "all the data i collected was taken on a average " = inaccurately calculated and warped in your little brain to suit your purpose? I thought this was about how your iPhone was inferior? You can't win by using "facts" to back up how "better" your phone is, so take the average of everything Apple has brought out... which as a whole, has less than 20% of market share.
