Weird Mitt Debate Voice

Check out this weird "raise taxes" voice in the January 24, 2008 Republican debate in Florida, just a moment before Mitt Romney says "I won't raise taxes." What is that??

They way I interpret is, that someone is giving Romney assistance, so as soon as the question comes out, Romney got educated on what Regan did do and that is raise taxes. That is why I believe Romney said that response real quick as if to know what he was talking about. Just my interpretation for what its worth.

@luzzimike Where did the whisper come from then? Did he have an earbud? If so, how did the mic pick up the sound so loudly? If the sound in his earbud was that loud, why didn't McCain call him out on it?

Do you think someone in the audience whispered it? Then, there would have been some sort of reaction from the crowd?

Did the cameraman whisper it? If so, how could Romney have heard it?
