oh, and i have to say, those Craftsman remotes are shit. we use to have a Craftsman with remotes like that and we could have to hit it 3 or 4 times to get the garage to open

Yea i know it bothers me, the builder is very high quality and makes things uniform through out the home.

hmmm... Where are you getting your 3850 from? I wanted to get a liftmaster, but we got the Chamberlain instead because we needed it right then.

Good question the house is six years old and both doors have very cheap springs, lowest quality, so after say 5 years or a year ago my spring broke on the big door my dealer only installs galvanized springs, OT are special order and only come in high cycle which what i'm getting next.

That hum is from the opener if you lift that door by hand by just one panel it goes on its own to open its annoying sometimes but has a ton of tension.

I know, i love it, it's defiantly quieter than it seems on vid.
creative installation, lol. it's pretty quiet though, i figured it would be making alot of noise since it wassnt attached to the ceiling

Thanks. Didn't want to make holes in the ceiling.

Why does the small door have regular spring, but your big door has galvanized? I'm going to make a video on my door bracket hopefully tomorrow... I've been caught up in schoolwork.
