  • Hi,

Yes I have all 9 episodes from VHS (archived on DVD).

Incidently, the aircraft used were actually G-DAKS/"G-AGHY" and G-BHUB/"G-AGIV", both owned at the time by Aces High, North Weald.

    Brilliant acting. Compulsive watching.

  • The dvd release is for th 17th Febrauray (Can get it on Amazon UK)

  • I'm going to be straight with you. I will pay money, good money, for a copy of that archive. To say that my wife and I are beyond obsessed with getting ahold of the entire series is an understatement. Let me know if there is any amount of gold or shekels that could make this happen.

  • Roy Marsden.... classic actor and owner of many many wigs!

  • watched this in 82.nice to see a bit of it again.had a flight in a dakota in 99 fantastic

  • Gosh, this takes me back!

  • Wow he looks great though, alot different in this series.

I live in the states and just began watching his detective series, I adore him, but just learned about the wigs the other day.....

I would love to get my hands on a copy of this series.

I don't see any fan club of his, is there one?

  • Loved this & it's almost 30 years old !!!

  • a fantastic 80's drama! great cast, script and nostalgia for a health and safety free real world! "Fuck 'em " and lets get the job done!

  • Underrated but an expensive series for the time. Top quality cast and my family always watched it where I believe it was transmitted on ITV on a sunday evening.

    Thanks for uploading this.

  • Good series in its day. Shame they never made series 2 and loved the first DC-3 in the airline " Vera Lynn"
