problem is so many banks now rely on the FED that you couldn't just destroy the FED overnight without affecting the inflation of gold and thus plummeting all cash bills not just in the US, but worldwide..you would see hyperinflation like a gallon of gas costing 100 dollars and the world will explode.. seriously does anyone here have a substantial supply of gold and silver? i didn't think so.

@bonzelite Absolutely clueless. I love when revisionists try and blame the 'bank runs' for the Great Depression while they avoid what happened in the 20's which set the stage for these events. Sad thing is I am taught in economics, in college of all places, how the bank runs were the problem and FDIC was the cure. Talk about indoctrination

fucktarded moron is a good description, yes ron paul owns my version of the truth too...he is so eloquent and direct in his criticism, its a wonder how anyone can back the corrupt fed......it was created in secret to protect the interests of the biggest bankers, not to protect people in general!
