This was a very enlightening video. What a great place to work. I must say, I have been using Fabric.com for years and have never been disappointed. I really liked this video. I've bought yards and yards and yards of fabric from Fabric.com over the last 10 years. There have been a few snafus along the way, but they always rectified the problem and were good about communicating. And i LOVE the fabrics and prices! I was so happy to finally find a good online source so I wouldn't have to struggle through traffic to those "other guys."

excellent first time order.!! But suggest you do a little more with parcel packaging. Mine arrived all bunched up and wrinkled in a plastic envelope. It was a train wreck and had to work on the fabric a fair bit before I could start my project. Presentation could be better, but thanks ! I appreciate what you're doing!

I love the free shipping for orders over $35 (which is very easy for me), the cuts are generous and I like that you doN'T wrap each and every single piece of fabric in a plastic bag (thinking about the environment!).
