Average Games #28: Knight Rider (NES)

I used to think this game was crap but looking at it again, it's so-so but I know it's not fun or anything spectacular. Anyway, it is based on the TV series of the same name featuring an artificial intelligent car named KITT. The gameplay in this is quite mundane as all you do is speed down a road, avoid cars and shoot the red ones that attack you (not the blue ones as they take five seconds of the time and I had done that mistake, which I had removed from the footage). Apart from Mission Mode, there is Drive Mode that I've shown. I could show more of this game via passwords to other levels but I cannot figure out its awkward password system.

Like in my previous video of this three years ago, I have shown something strange I came across which is a glitched-up image that occurs usually between the end of gameplay and the briefing screen. Only did it for the sake of it, like for making use of Drive Mode.

If I remember correctly, you can skip the text by pressing start. As for the game itself, it's basically a poor man's RoadBlasters if you ask me.

@RatmanXX - Well I found out a button combination that lets you skip directly to the boss fight but yeah, should've shown that.
