Quick tip: Use a small spray bottle from the craft store to spray water onto the makeup (instead of using drops of water or a wet brush). It delivers a more even distribution of the water and, therefore, creates a better consistency with the makeup. I'm a face and body artist and have been working with both these products for years now and that's the technique that works best for me.

Hahaha, with all due respect, regarding the artsy stuffs you're more like a comic book creator than a comic book geek even though geeks tend to debate two things in a similar fashion. Creators are always like oh my god, dude you rock! Its awesome, look at all those colors! They tend to look at stuff like that because there are certain rules about what looks good and what doesn't when it comes to drawings. That's the same thing here. You're like, for things to look way a certain way try this.
