  • Aaahhhh.........the first Heidelberg SM (Slow-Master).

  • Yeah, it was running slow here as we were diecutting without nicks. On a normal day I print around 3000-3500/hr. No need for speed as we do low quantities of very fussy stuff. Sounds slow now but in its day (1914-1985) it was the fastest in the world. Still the best platen press ever by a long shot.
