@MirraSyren I've got 'Mondo Deco'....this video isn't the record version, is it? I like the chorus better on this version. Danny holds the '...it won't be long.....yeeeeeeaaaaaahhhh' a lot longer than on the album version. Mondo Deco is a great listen!

@tajvida That's so great to know The Quick opened for the likes of the Ramones and Runaways. Sorta toughens them up a bit. :) Great band...cool show to have been at!

I'm ecstatic that I own this Out-Of-Print LP, "Mondo Deco" in near mint condition. It also isn't on CD, ~tis like having gold, but not just any gold. I love vinyl sound.

one of the most underated bands in rock history...I saw them back in 78 at the Santa Monica Civic with the Ramones and the Runaways...one of the greatest shows I have ever seen...The Quick were magical...jaw droppingly good...

Standing outside The Whisky Danny once asked me where I got my ENO button? I told him it was given to me by ENO when Roxy Music played the Whisky. I knew something was up when he was doing his own "self promoting"....ha! I saw The Quick often. Even promoted a show with them at Cal State Long Beach way back when.
