The Enlightened give thoughtforms which can be, need to be, implanted into your mind like putting good seeds into your psychic body to act as a catalyst for your enlightenment.

Bread is called The Staff of Life which symbolises The Antahkarana.

The Anthkarana is Tower of energy which flows from the center of the earth through all of your chakras out into the center of the universe.

Once you have that bread, that staff of life, you cannot come back to the stage of flour and water. It has become fused through spiritual energy. The meaning of this is that blockages stop the flow of energy in your Antahkarana and this prevents your Enlightenement. You are Flour and Water. Through adding Spiritual Fire to enable you to become Soul Infused you then become Bread. You have created a working Antahkarana. You have become Enlightened.

This Bread Is a symbol. Is a teaching. A Gurdjieffian Legominism. Something passed down from antiquity which then can pass on the teaching of the Ages.

What you are really talking about is how meditation can create enlightenment.

And Enlightenemnt comes from the Removal of all Energy Blockages or limited egotistical desires and then the Fusion of the Mind with the Soul through the application of high spiritual Energies from masters and ascended Masters.

In Greek the word GENIUS: (From Geni as in Aladdin) is Energy from the sun, the chakras above the head or the Soul Chakra into your mind.
CHIT SHAKTI: is Intelligent Energy from the center of the Earth into the Base Chakra in the terminology of the Kashmir Shaivites.
CHIT: Sanskrit - the lower mind. Thus Chitta Chatter.

If you can connect this computer of the mind to CHIT SHAKTI and to the energy of GOD, then you can understand everything.

You have become enlightened.
