atv tip before after

2009 yamaha grizzly 550 fi exhaust tip swap.

swapped the factory baffled tip out with a non baffled "race tip" from ebay. sounds very nice and the camera does it NO justice... imagine the sound you hear minus the high pitched noise and a much deeper thump thump thump at idle.

Hey i own a Grizzly 550 and i was wondering how the Maxxis tires do on your quad and also if you have any clutch mods on it.

meh. great tire, suck in the mud though. my buddy's honda 420 rancher can ALMOST outmud me lol. biggest prob is they dont self-clean well, you gotta spin em a bit to sling the mud out. and as-far as a clutch kit goes, nuh-uh...plan on getting that, a power commander, and a real exhaust soon. maybe some mudding tires/rims too. lol

they are maxxis trail tires on buckshot 15" rims, only 26's you can get that isnt like a truck tire right now.

oh, and the "power tip" is just a baffle replacement. 3 screws aout, pull out stock tip, place new tip on and re-bolt...simple as that.

lol, i thought it said flip. I was like damn, did he loose the muffler. Maxxis mudzillas r the shit, try those next. I also like my wifes mudbugs, they are not aggressive, but root pretty good.
