@mostkewl1 Yeah!!! they're a joke. Don't waste your time with these goofs. If you're talking about the one in cherry hill in NJ don't waste your time. KJ INNOVATIONS IS A SCAM!!! Like this nice lady said in the video...It was some jackass in a suit who looked like he didn't know anything. They said SPORTS FANS and it was for a door to door service. This nice lady in the vid was spot on. Fuck KJ INNOVATIONS! Don't waste your time! Again. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

I emailed asking for information (I was researching the crummy company to warn a friend) and they have responded 3 times saying they have reviewed my resume (that I never sent) and that it looks so great they want to bring me in immediately! That's a pretty clear that they are desperate for naive, underpaid workers if you ask me. Good luck if you do it. Not for me.

@whoo689 Marketing is delivering a message or a product to a specific demographic. Bartenders work with a diverse group of people every day selling a product and themselves. On top of that they work for tips so you know they have work ethic and personality. As someone in human resources, I hire bartenders all the time because they have these qualities. Clearly you don't know anything about business, or marketing, or bartending. #probablyunemployed

You all are a joke. I've seen lives change in these "marketing" firms and I've seen losers like you still unemployed 6 months from now. Maybe you should quit spending your time worrying about what they are doing (they laugh and could care less about your opinions btw) and start learning what the definition of "work" is, and not the definition of "marketing."

@TheWarman62 You shouldn't read a book by it's cover but in this case it's easy to tell this bitch will be unsuccessful for the rest of her life. You went to an interview looking like that?? No wonder your experience wasn't the best. I personally did very well working for one of these firms because I like winning. It isn't easy to get people to go door to door and all you haters should gain a little more confidence in yourselves and make easy money.

@nanaimo001 innovations?

I think they called me once BEFORE I set up the interview, but the VM said, "American", so I thought it was American the APPLIANCE FIRM, not AIL. I was like, "I didn't apply to American."
-
What's even sadder is that AIL apparently got my resume from (where else)... CRAIGSLIST! Honestly...? A prestigious insurance firm with billions in revenues is resume-mining on CL?? O.o
-
Do they REALLY never hire people with, say, an actual DEGREE related to insurance or something of that nature? Or certifications or prior experience? Is this REALLY how insurance companies hire new agents?? Just random people who send in even the most basic resume? It's a wonder how these firms can become so successful and large at all.

You sat down with one of the managers for about 5 minutes, and he'd ask you very basic questions, but he didn't even write any of your answers down! So you're thinking, "ook... Seems like a waste." Then he says some crap about how "around noon, one of our guys is gonna do a presentation for all the applicants" (this was at 10:30 or so). So I went to TAco Bell, had some lunch, but then I said, "Fuck this. This seems too scammy for me. No legit co. hires people in such a goofball manner."
You're an idiot, she is doing a good thing exposing these bait and switch marketing companies.
