Here are the highlights from his video:

1.Make early and accurate calls to your team
2.Allow time for your team to rotate, dont be a maverick
3.Give yourself an advantage by using proper angles and letting them peek instead of you.
4.Keep track of the remaining enemies
5.Ensure good flashes are thrown. Watch how you throw your Flashbangs
6.Dont line up so that your opponent can kill two at once, use bottleneck areas more effeciently
7.Dont worry about baiting in a crucial 3 vs 1 situation
8.Know the money system so you know when your opponent is saving or buying
9.Mix your strats up from time to time
10.Pre-nade areas that you know your opponents will be using
11.Use time to your advantage
12.Use damage noise to expose your opponents
13.Prefire is valuable if you dont care about giving up your position
14.Always call your opponents position when you die
15.Check all hiding spots

well reasonable aim is needed but once you get to that level you can just get by using tactics. But if you have very good aim you dont even need tactics, so that would be funner lol.
