@metsdudenj hahah! Scott Hamilton is always saying the same things too...you just have to live with it...but it is maddening...they see a skater slightly off on the landing and jump to "deduction...slight foot down on that landing"...it's like....ummm...please stop...we have eyes.

@westfaner Most of the time Dick Button is more critical of skaters than Peggy Fleming. Might be better to wait until after the performance to do the commentary so not to take away the beauty of the program while it is being performed.

The very nerve of that Peggy Fleming ..."she has bad technique", give me a break...she saved the landing. Sicking American commentating !

@goober5151 Agreed! Denise is awesome and some of her performance practically moved me to tears! But when the commentator would nitpick and gripe that the landing wasn't perfect . . . I was so annoyed that I was "telling her" out loud to SHUT UP! She ignored me though and kept saying it! ;-)
