@difficultbastard I think you just didn't get the joke. He was saying is Richard Hammond a peadophile based on the audiences reaction to his name. He wasn't just randomly throwing out insults based on a name, but based on the audience.

@TalesOfWar - I agree with the assumption that the main "sound" of the American accent is based on Dutch English. I'm from the UK and have been to Holland many a time and when a white person there speaks English it tends to sound like an L.A. or San Fransico American accent i.e. lazy, drawly and typically American. I love it :)
