  • awesome stretch, just a few things im wondering, could i just wake up in the morning and start this particular yoga stretch, or is a warm up needed? and how long do we hold it for to start with? thank you very much!!!!

  • this is a good pose, but it can get pretty intense. I usually only hold it for about a minute or two.
