  • @Kittorify - Yes, still natural! My last 2 competitions were last year. I won the overall at the 2010 IFPA Cape Cod (my first pro show) and I won the overall at the 2010 NPC Natural Northern USAs

  • @makowskib Do 5x5... I've gone from 70 to 110 in only a few weeks doing 5x5. (5x4 seems to work just as well.) I also supplement with the shoulder press machine (doing 3 sets of 30 reps of "170").

  • @Sporto4323 Awesome, the best way bro ;) I hope to be at that level someday, competing with you and Layne maybe? probably not though as im more of a fan of the old school look like Reg park and john grimek haha, and I don't think I could get into such a ripped state that you get into. What diet and routine/cardio etc. do you do to get so ripped?? I watched a video a while back, where i think you won your pro card and you were in insane condition, how would I achieve that, or close to it?

  • good job, i just did these at the gym today.... 55lb x9 rep lol how much rest do u suggest between sets? also say im doing 3 x 10 rep on these... would going to 4 x 8 then 4 x 6 be beneficial ?

  • You shouldn't lock out at the top, that part of the motion is tricep.
