is it gud 4 oily skin? cuz i hav very oily skin...n can it be used under makeup or tinted moisturizer?

I just started using this because I was talking to my dad about my dry, itching, flakey skin and he handed me this tub. my skin feels so much better! I guess my issues are genetic if my dad has it in his bathroom. lol I really like your review
