hey man so i got the same motor and i cant get the small sprocket to turn to get the chain on, how did u get urs to turn?

I had a Schwinn Stingray Electric. Rarest Bike Ever, Is was stolen. :*( It was customized wit 1978 honda hobbit brake light. It also had a custom license plate that said New Jersey FLEX on it. 2 4 inch headlights where the front reflector was, Led strip lights all around the chassis, Turn signals, and everything was wired to work with switches. I made all of those customization. I was going to put the 80cc motor but it was stolen.

your air cleaner cap on ur carb is upside down take it off with the 2 screws and flip it otherwise you will ruin it with rainwater goin in it

im pretty sure your carb is upside down the vents go down so water dont get it in

where did you get the engine mount..i have a sick occ with 26" ape hangers and extended frame and it needs an engine.

did you bent the stock pipe to come back horizonal?

I added a piece of 1 inch steel pipe to the original stock muff to bring it horizontal, it may be collecting extra gas overflow though cause my engine is starting less and less reliably

Cool! I just ordered a Raw 80cc kit myself! Have you had it long? Any serious road tests yet? Any reliability issues? Hope my project turns out as well as yours did. Looks great!

the raw is ok, no different than any other one I had to lock tite all bolts and nuts, replace the chain with an industrial 415, new spark plug, new cdi, new cns carb (that still hasn't fired up yet), new magnito, and all of the plastic throtel parts have been replaced. I would recomend putting a kill swich in line with the cdi and engine wire so you don't short out your magnito every time you hit the kill switch. I have put about 1000 I am having trouble starting it now.
