This video make's it look so easy to use. It made my hair a frizz ball and it got tangled up and pulled some of my hair out. I was not satisfied so I returned it and got a full refund.

Dont use it on super wet hair

U just need smaller sections to avoid tangles. I like this product bc I put flips and curles on my layers and the curls last for days.

@Brooke0082 SAME THING WITH ME IT KEEPS TANGLING MY HAIR AND DOESNT EVEN DO THE JOB. IT LEAVES MY HAIR FRIZZY I THOUGH I WAS THE ONLY ONE WITH THESE PROBLEM.

I BOUGHT ONE.IT TANGLES MY HAIR WHEN I USE IT AND LEAVES IT LOOKING VERY FRIZZY AND DULL.I DONT KNOW IF IM USING IT RIGHT OR THATS HOW THE THE BRUSH IS.
