hey, this was verry helpful to me i got herbst two days ago and im having a really hard time eating and i feel like i wont be able to eat because they get in the way and hurt will this ever go away also my orthodotist said to have milkshakes and stuff but that will freeze them hopefully you get backt o me thanks!!

I get mine on tomorrow and I'm terrified! I get a palatal expander on to at the same time but the poles added 2 weeks later...does it hurt and also are the ulcers really bad?

Well, if it means the decision between straight teeth and crooked teeth then it is definitely worth it. To be honest, the thing didn't really bother me until the end when I got excited about getting it off. The positives are better than the cons. :)

Will the crowns be romoved eventually? Can you show them on a video?

@bradebunch Yeah they come off with the appliance. I got the thing off in January. Thank goodness!
