@boxingisbest It is sparring.. Its just preparing for specifik opponents you know.. If you take a look at this video, you will notice that Kessler only moved side to side, and threw some straight combo's, they were probably training movement, and jab... If you want to see what Kessler is made of, then youtube some of he's fight...

i just dont get boxing when it comes to whos the best i mean arent this guy supposed to be top ten in his class in the world? looks like two amateurs sparring after they have done boxing training for 3 years what makes mikkel so good?

That Murat guy reminds me a bit about Arthur Abraham. Short and strong, hiding behind double guards, saving up energy to suddenly attack in a flurry with wild hard shots. Good defence, hard to hit clean, frustrating for the opponent. Maybe he is also trained by Uli Wegner? Kessler shows pretty good leg movement here, but he does get caught with a couple of them hooks, when deciding to trade with Murat.
