  • What a way to introduce a new star! Dress her in a man's suit, have her kiss another woman on the mouth, then flip a flower to her male co-star! Great bi-sexual sizzle! This scene would have people up in arms today! Imagine how people reacted in 1930. What brass. Great stuff!

  • One of best scene of all history of cinema.

  • Oh that singing! Zeesh!

  • She did a similar scene in another movie, but I can't remember the name, and it's driving me CRAZY.

  • @TNviewer01 Only in the US did it create a stir

  • Wow!!!

  • I think I may be in love. This is just swag at it's finest! I love that the kiss isn't at all trashy. Just a sweet innocent little peck on the mouth. And Marlene Dietrich pulls this off so well!

  • gary cooper was prettier then every woman n the room

  • In many ways we are in more conservative times than in the 1930s. Germany in particular was very different before Hitler came to power.

  • I wish I could have that much swag

  • SWAG AT IT'S FINEST.

  • marlene just turned me straight.....
