@GGmanFtW Sure you can create dry ice. Just freeze carbon dioxide gas to -110F and you'll have dry ice.

@czarcio333 No, you can't because you need a refrigerator that can cool something like carbon dioxide down to -110F. Ordinary refrigerators can't go that low.
