Apologies for the poor picture and sound quality, this was taken with my cell phone. I will try and get a better quality vid up in the near future. The poor mic quality distorts and makes the exhaust sound more droning than what it really is. Most of the vid was taken with the windows down, the start-up section and the rest of the video after 2:15 or so the windows are down. Sorry for the wind noise as well.

This is a cheap exhaust modification to my 2000 VW New Beetle TDI, cost me only $20 and took about 30 minutes to do. Downpipe and cat are stock (and rusting out), this is just a trial run to see how I like the side exit. Soon I will be installing a 2.5" 304 stainless steel downpipe from TDIparts.com and I will finish off the side exit with 2.5" mandrel bent 304 stainless tubing and a 3" stainless turnout tip. The engine is stock right now, but evil things will be able to be done with the upgraded exhaust in place. Fuel, tuning and turbo upgrades will be soon to follow once I swap the automatic transmission for a 5 speed.
