Niiiiccce - after all these years, I finally get to listen to Terry's "For Lover's Only" work. Back in 1997 or 1998, I tried to get my hands on this CD, but basically got ripped off by an online music retailer who had pretended as though they had this CD in stock. Ah, the primitive days of the Internet, I tell you.
The Internet has modernized & has become much more of a resource for rare gems like this. This is everything I expected & more. Thanks for uploading!

They were formed by two of the Temptations, but not to see if they could replace Otis, or any of the Tempts. Terry did in fact join the Temptations later, as a replacement for Ali Woodson, but that was not his original reason for working with Otis and Melvin.

Just to kick some truth. Michael Dickerson was the most talented singer of this group. I just wished you guys would have signed with Capitol/Bust It records instead of Otis. Mike if you ever read this post I need a copy of that "Money Woman" track.

Terry is absolutely breathtakingly soulful on this joint. Can't get enough and every time I listen to him it's like I hear a little Donny mixed with a little Peabo slipping on through. It'd be awesome to hear him sing something with Lala. Can't you imagine them two singing ANYTHING together?
