remove the coal from the mountain
please stop removing the mountain from the coal
i like mountains. and there are other energy sources that can be devoloped
natural gas for example could easily begin to replace the coal
fracking for natural gas may be bad but its not as bad as this shit.

let me tell you the truth
they fill the mountain with rock so it ends up looking more like a landfill then a mountain
they they put like 1 inch of soil on top of it(sometimes its none) then sometimes they spray grass seed from a helicopter
no trees will ever grow in the poisoned soil and rock waste that they use to "reclaim the mountain"
the only acceptable way to get coal is through deep mining.

If you are going to post something like this why don't you also post the good to the communtity that all these companies do and the reclaimed site where the mountaintop is put back with trees and grass growning on it I am sick and tired of people posting on this this is our lively hood and how we make our money to live guess everyone would rather see us all in this area on Welfare
