A total hack job by these alleged "reporters." The entire video (slightly less than 20 minutes uploaded in 2 parts) of this speaker is available on YouTube. When it hasn't been hacked up by these hack reporters you'll see that the speaker is extremely complimentary of the IAF pilots and the Su30, but does offer some constructive and appropriate criticism as well.
The lecturer actually only insults the French (deservedly).

Obviously the IAF would never even dream of linking the Su's Russian data link to the standard used by NATO....and obviously the F-22 is better than the Sukhoi. Big deal! more people know it than not. To all the non-Indians, this is nothing more than a 24X7 news channel trying to get some sensational story. The editor probably doesn't have a clue that the F-22 and the Raptor are one and the same!
