how is the customer service of Alden's? I just bought a pair of 403, then discovered the sewing is already coming off, can you believe it????? and there is a spot of leather peeling, I am thinking of sending it back to the Madison Ave shop and have them contact Alden's. Made in USA craftmanship, but too much trust on quality control huh
