Goldeneye With An Xbox Controller

I was playing the first level of Goldeneye with an xbox controller on project 64, it actually worked very well and worked very smoothly.

Rice's Video Plugin 5.5.1 can enable the sky textures, it isn't perfect though, but the best video plugin for this game I have found.

Using a wired 360 controller on control style 1.2 I was able to set up the controls just like Halo. XD totally worth every dime.

Ah so you noticed the crappy sky texture? When i first seen it, I was like "Was the sky always like that in Goldeneye?" lol

wat setting u hav for the controller cause i got that set up n tried 2 set the right stick 2 look around but it always spoons out n looks rong way

Its whatever you feel comfortable with. I was messing around with button configurations that i would feel ok with, It ended up just just like the Halo controls. Also check the invert settings in the game menu. :D

I play Goldeneye 007 and Perfect Dark on PJ64 using a Playtation-like controller that I plug into my USB port. It costs $20 at Best Buy. Without using PJ64's built-in gameshark, I completed all Goldeneye levels and got all Goldeneye cheats. I also completed all 30 Combat Simulator Challenges from Perfect Dark. Some of PD's Combat Simulator Challenges I have up on youtube.

Could you get the cheat codes working with your 360 controller. Im having dificulties with the memory pack option :(

Go into the settings on the emulator, i use project 64, and configure the buttons the way you want them. You also need to install the drivers to make the controller work, they can be found on sites, try googling it.
