Maybe he has just drunk too much in the past. Maybe he has damaged the parts of the brain that do the thinking and the saying, he can see the words but they just dont come out the right way. George W Bush Jnr was a good speaker in 2000 but could barely make a sentence by 2002. He came to Australia and delivered a speech to our military officers and he struggled on the simplest phrases and could do little more than babble mainstream fluff. Ron Paul exercises his brain - No dementia for him.

@hotchkissrecords He is drunk, not high. Look at his eyes. they are not looking at a specific point, and seem to be spread apart. He also just sounds drunk. He sounds like he drank a fifth of vodka before he went on stage. Liquid courage, much?

yeah...he gets stage fright I think. When people get nervous, their brain shuts down and all the sudden you can't access the information you know...at least that's what studies show. He's definately in the wrong business to have stage fright issues. Oh, yeah, and he's a fucking wierd idiot too so that doesn't help:)

@MrDeepfocus what do you mean? I'm for legalization. I think that pretty much all RP supporters are too. I believe that it's a personal decision & the Gov't needs to stay out of it.
