I liked seeing your opinions in this vid, but I do have an issue with something you said: I own Ace Combat 6 amongst many of the other titles, therefore, am I not a true fan? Are true fans the only people who stick to the Sony exclusives?

Not to be too coy, but I like to think of myself a proper fan, and my mindset on the platform matter is: 'If it's Ace Combat, I'm bloody buying it.' Except AC: Advance, which I will never accept as a true series title.

Im not being a fanboy or anything but if it wasn't for the sucess of the Playstation brand and ACFANS. Ace Combat wouldn't be where it is, today.

I bought a ps3 just for AC6 but little did i know. . .

i played ace combat on ps2 and then i bought a xbox 360 and i played ac6 on it( it wasnt good anyway so you ps2 and ps3 gamer didnt miss anything)

but why only ps3?

everyone should be able to play one of the best games ever created

Ace Combat 7 has been trademarked for PS3 only by Namco I expect E3 2010 to be officially confirmed.

Only early last year they wanted a 3D Texture artist to paint and model realistic airplanes for an upcoming game on the PS3.Then in Dec 2009 two names were patented as Skies of Fury and Skies of Hostility

with PS3 only in japanese next to it. Ace Combat 7 seems to be all but confirmed and potentially PS3 only.

Good job on gathering information mate. I will be extremely pissed if they just port AC6 over to the PS3. Everyone should know that AC6 is the worst game in the series, due to a weak story, and only 16 planes.

@f22cool Yes yes yes, unfortunately I have owned every one since Ace Combat 4, and the only reason why I don't have AC1, AC2, and AC3 is because I didn't play video games until 2001. After playing AC4 and then AC5, I felt I had to get AC1, 2, and 3, except I don't own a PS1 of PSX. Maybe if you watched any of my videos you would know. And if I have never heard of AC5, why would my username have "Razgriz" in it? I do agree that AC6 was a dissapointment though.

@Razgriz2118 no your nothing close to a true fan true fans have ps1 and ps2 ac1 ac2 ac3 ac4 and ac5 those have the BEST STORY AND THE BEST EVERYTHING ace combat 6 SUCKS it has no story at all watch trailers for ac4 and ac4 and dont forget ac0 all those are amazing games they will blow you away
