I am ex Muslim from Pak and get really upset when I read and hear statements as "Prophet is the best example...", really??? Have muslims read the life of Prophet?The life which no body talks about? I can list a lot of examples , but it will be of no use. No doubt today's Pak is going the way of Pakis beloved Prophet's teachings.

I too think this is a balancing act, may be it is required so that Muslims can start listening to his other stuff. But the very same points he is making in favor of Islam and the Prophet, are the same points I thing what wrong with Islam. It is a very dogmatic religion. It tell how a human being is suppose to eat, drink, sleep, and even to the extent on how to use the loo. The micro management is what makes people intolerant and extremely conservative.
