at the first, make pole for the proper size of the space.

secondary, make base(stand or feet) to fix the pole.

i made an cross shaped stand. with lumber. and made hole in the pole to fit it.

although i hope you make the better elaborations.

Hi, i do malkhambh too but notice that you have some fabric on the pole, what is it may I ask? I would like to know as I would prefer wearing trousers to shorts if adding the fabric will allow that! Kindly let me know. Tks

i wraped the pole with YOGA MAT.

it is smooth.soft. making good grip.less friction. this is handmade.

i hope you find some more better material and make better one.

Amazing, essentially pole dancing on a much thicker surface/ 45 mm brass pole vs a tree trunk! VERY impressive. Also surprising to see a lot of the same moves as in pole dancing but slightly different variations.
