That is correct. NIS of Japan even released Last Rebellion to compete against this game and also competed with Resonance of Fate(known in Japan as End of Eternity). NIS Japan has never had Ar tonelico series and probably never will since Namco owning Banpresto. Even the Atelier games which are also developed by Gust who develops Ar tonelico games have nothing to do with NIS of Japan only NIS of America.

@Latooni11 Cocona is still too young to have her own Cosmosphere even in this game since she's still only 13. So her's is still developing. So that's why she's the 4th Reyvateil once again by not advancing with the other girls.
