Straight piped caddy dhs

Dont mind the quarter panel... im dong body work. just straight piped the caddy today still has the resonator on.
gutted the cat about 305hp
doin a few revs even tho its a 4k rev limiter and a few drive bys and a weak burnout. i'll keep yall posted on what happens to the caddy next. most likely 3 inch piping from the cat back into corsa mufflers

@zave1525 ye i got a cat on it and the resonator still but the cat is gutted out.. i dont suggest gutting the cat tho cause you'll throw a cat code you'll have to space out the o2 sensor. im gettin a high flow cat and 3 inch piping and a corsa muffler soon. found out that it aint good on the exhaust valves.

@Dizzles i want to do the same but keep my cat so i don't have any codes. and i think my cat will provide enough back pressure for for my engine. but is their a lot of cab noise

@zave1525 ye a lot of drone man. i got tired of it after a while. but if you wanna run a cheap set up get a thrush welded muffler. i couldnt get the corsa like i wanted so im currently runnin 1 thrush welded.

you would think 2 is needed but it isnt necessary.

@zave1525 to do a single muffler set up i just cut the y-pipe. weld the inlet of the muffler on to the piping after the resonator then custom made a big c-clamp for it and welded it on to the cross member of the car not on the axel but the body just before the gas tank. then welded the y-pipe on the outlet. then welded any additional pipin to reach the tips where i cut them off.its very simple to do in my opinion and thrush welded are nice if ur on a budget they sound like flowmaster super 40s

I did a muffler delete on my 2004 cadillac Deville base model, and it was the best choice I ever made. It sounded GNARLY! All of my dad's friends shit their pants when I started it up for the first time. It was only loud when you wanted it to be. I could pull into my driveway at night without waking up my dog. Drone wasn't noticeable until around 75mph, but it only made me want it to be louder. Sadly to say, I don't have it at the moment, but I'll post a video when I get it back in the summer.

can you do a cabin video? i'm thinking of using bed lining in the trunk or undercoating. so everyone but me will hear the exhaust.
